1. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation by Euro Hyper Market. Our team may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to verify the order, delivery address, product availability, and total payable amount before dispatch.

2. Product Availability

Products are offered based on available stock. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, grocery items, and household essentials may become unavailable due to market conditions or supplier updates. If an item is unavailable, our team may contact the customer for replacement, adjustment, or cancellation.

3. Prices & Market Rates

Prices may change according to daily market rates, supplier prices, and stock availability. Euro Hyper Market reserves the right to correct any pricing error before confirming the final order. For fresh items, final weight and price may vary slightly.

4. Delivery Area & Charges

Delivery is available in selected Lahore/LDA nearby areas. Delivery charges may apply depending on order value and location. Orders above the announced minimum amount may qualify for free delivery. If the address is outside our delivery zone, the order may be cancelled or confirmed separately by our team.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery. The rider or store team may contact the customer before delivery.

6. Product Images & Packaging

Product images are for presentation purposes only. Actual product packaging, size, color, weight, brand label, or appearance may vary depending on supplier stock and market availability.

7. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Customers must report any missing, damaged, expired, or incorrect product as soon as possible after delivery. Fresh item complaints should be reported immediately. Euro Hyper Market may offer replacement, adjustment, or refund after reviewing the complaint.

8. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, address, and delivery instructions. Euro Hyper Market is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Order Cancellation

Euro Hyper Market may cancel an order due to unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, unreachable customer, incomplete address, or delivery area limitations. Customers may also request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
